The Rooted Creative
A six-week container for creative professionals who are ready to regain balance & true fulfilment.
"If you want to take back your power and live your life to your highest potential - get in touch with Sinead." Rachel C.
You are good at this. So why does it feel like something is missing?
Do you have fatigue that just won’t shift?
Do you feel quietly resentful or unfulfilled?
Are you ready to take the next step in your career but not sure how?
This is for creative professionals who are ready to stop running on empty and start building something that actually sustains them.
In-person 1/2 day workshop in Bradford · Weekly online sessions · 1-1 support · Tools you will actually use
You are good at what you do. You have put in the time, built the skills, and shown up even when it has been hard.
And yet.
There is something underneath all of it that has been getting quieter. The voice that knows what you are actually here to do, what you now want to be doing, your needs.. the list goes on. The one you keep pushing down because there is always something more urgent to attend to, someone else whose needs come first, it’s too late, I’m not ready yet, a deadline that cannot wait.
Maybe you would call it burnout. Maybe you would call it being stuck, or frustrated, or just aware that the gap between where you are and where you know you could be has been quietly widening. Maybe you have not named it at all- you just know that something has to change.
You have probably tried things. Read the books. Saved the posts. Attended a workshop or two that shifted something for a week before life carried on and pulled you back to exactly where you started.
What you have not had yet is a container. A genuinely held space, with real structure, real depth, and a facilitator who is not going to let you skip to the comfortable parts.
The Rooted Creative is a six-week group container for artists, musicians, theatre-makers, creative producers, content creators and cultural professionals navigating transition, disconnection stress and what comes next. It can be all of these or just one.
It is for people at different stages and situations. The working creative who has given everything to their career and quietly lost their sense of direction. The senior creative professional who holds the vision for everyone else and has nobody holding space for them. The salaried creative professional inside an organisation who loves what they do but is drowning in someone else’s workload and boundaries. The person building a creative life alongside employment who is ready, finally, to take the real step.
What unites all of them is not career stage or job title. It is readiness. A genuine relationship with creative work and the honesty to know that something more is needed.

Who This Is For
The Rooted Creative is for you if any of this lands:
You are an artist, musician, performer, creative freelancer, or cultural professional - at any stage of a proffessional creative career
You work in a creative organisation and the pressure, the pace, or the lack of boundaries around you is starting to cost you
You have been building a creative practice or career alongside employment and are ready to take it seriously, but something keeps getting in the way
You feel capable of more than how things currently feel, and you are tired of not being able to access it
You have been in wellbeing or personal development spaces before and found them too surface-level, too spiritual-without-substance, or simply not built for the specific terrain of a creative career
You are a senior creative leader who is brilliant at your work and quietly exhausted from always being the one who holds everything together
You are done with information. You are ready for actual embodied transformation
This is also particularly for you if:
You want a space that holds cultural awareness and integrity alongside genuine depth of practice

“Having met Sinead at an event, I was so impressed by her presence and grounded approach that I immediately asked her to be my Vocal Coach for my upcoming theatre tour. Her support was invaluable.”
Jane Steele, Actress & Playwright
Complete beginners with no relationship to a creative career or practice yet - the 1-1 sessions are a better starting point. These will be available in the near future.
People looking for industry networking, career advice or art-form-specific professional guidance - this is about the person behind the work, not the mechanics of the industry
Anyone not willing to commit to the weekly sessions and the 1-1 within the six-week duration - the container is designed as a process, and the sequence matters
People who need immediate crisis or clinical mental health support - this is a transformational space, not a substitute for therapy
Who This is NOT For
WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE
Half Day In-Person Gathering - Saturday 25th July, Bradford (12pm-4pm)
This is where the journey begins- and it is unlike anything most people have experienced in a professional development context. This is a trauma-informed, fully held space that brings together somatic awareness, sound healing, guided meditation, communication work and facilitated reflection. You will arrive as yourself and leave having heard your own inner voice more clearly than you have in a long time. Sinead holds space in a way that combines embodied healing practice, nervous system tools, deep facilitation and something that is genuinely hard to name until you experience it. You may notice things you have not allowed yourself to notice. You may feel things you have been too busy to feel. You will be held safely throughout — and you will leave grounded, connected, and with real clarity on what you are carrying and what needs to shift.
Value: £180
Four Weekly Online Group Sessions - Wednesdays 6:30-8pm
Live sessions, recorded so you never miss content. Each session has its own focus and builds on the last. The sequence is intentional. (See week-by-week overview below.)
Value: £120
60-Minute 1-1 Session with Sinead
A private online session, taken within the six-week container duration. This is your space to go deeper into what is most alive for you specifically - your blocks, your next steps, your questions. Sinead will meet you exactly where you are. Please note: 1-1 sessions are available exclusively to cohort participants during the container period and must be booked and completed within the six weeks.
Value: £120
Your Creative Wellbeing Type Report & Bespoke Recorded Meditation
During the first week of the container, you will complete a short quiz to identify your Creative Wellbeing Type - the specific pattern that is showing up most strongly in how you are experiencing your creative life and your energy right now. You will receive a personalised report with tailored insights, guidance and practices for your type, alongside a bespoke recorded meditation created by Sinead using her own sound work, designed specifically to support your nervous system and creative reconnection. This is something you can return to again and again - during the container and long after it ends. It is yours to keep.
Value: £75
Tools, Frameworks and Embodied Practices
Throughout the container you will work with a curated set of practical and embodied tools - things you will have actually moved through in the sessions, not a folder that sits unopened. These are yours to return to.
Value: £100
Private WhatsApp Group
A supported community space for the full six weeks. Sinead drops in with insights and check-ins, and the group holds each other between sessions. You are never carrying the work alone in the week between calls.
Value: £50
Facilitated Walk, Reflection & Closing Circle (In Person) - Saturday 5th September, Bradford (11am–1pm)
A held, intentional closing to the container. A walk together, cuppa, a facilitated reflection and a closing circle to witness how far you have actually come and step forward from a grounded, committed and connected place.
Value: £30
Total Value: £675.
This is all yours for only:
* Standard Investment: £349
* Supported Investment: £195
* Fully Funded Scholarship: by application

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE
Week 1 - Saturday 25th July: 1/2 Day workshop (In-Person, Bradford)
Most professional development spaces ask you to sit, listen, and take notes. This is not that. From the moment you arrive, you will be in a genuinely held space — one that works with the body as much as the mind. Through somatic grounding, sound healing, guided meditation and carefully facilitated reflection, you will begin to access things that the noise of daily life has made it hard to hear. You may encounter your own resistance. You may notice feelings you have been too busy to sit with. You may get a first glimpse of what is actually standing between you and the creative life you know is possible. All of it is held safely and with care — Sinead is a trauma-informed practitioner, and this space will never push beyond what is right for you. You will leave this day feeling something has already shifted.
Week 2 - Wednesday 29th July: The Words You Have Not Been Saying (Online)
This session works with communication at a level most people have never experienced. Not presentation skills or professional voice - but the real work of speaking truthfully: naming what you actually need, expressing what you have been swallowing, and clearing the incompletions that drain energy and keep situations stuck. Drawing on over five years of deep communication transformation work and her own practice, Sinead will move you through techniques that go far beyond typical coaching. You will leave this session understanding why certain conversations have felt impossible - and having the tools to have them.
Week 3 - Wednesday 5th August: Clearing What Is Actually In The Way (Online)
This is the session that gets underneath the surface. We began clearing energetic blocks in the in-person day - here we go deeper. Specifically into the abundance blocks that keep creative people arriving at the same ceiling, in the same patterns, wondering why the same things keep happening. This is not talk therapy. This is active energetic clearing work that addresses what is held in the body and the belief system beneath the behaviour. You will leave this session having moved something that may have been sitting in your way for years.
Week 4 - Wednesday 12th August: Embodiment - Moving Through What Comes Up (Online)
Here is the truth about doing this kind of work: as things start to shift, resistance shows up. Sometimes it arrives as anger. Sometimes as sudden fatigue. Sometimes as a very compelling reason why now is actually not the right time, or a new opportunity that feels responsible to chase but is really just the old pattern wearing a new outfit. This session is where we learn to recognise what is happening in the body when resistance kicks in - and how to move through it rather than around it. Through somatic tools, nervous system regulation practices and embodied movement, you will build the capacity to keep going when the work gets uncomfortable. This is where real change becomes possible.
Integration Week - No Session
A deliberate pause to let the work land. You will be supported via the WhatsApp group. An ideal window for 1-1 session with Sinead.
Week 5 - Wednesday 26th August: Shaped by the Group (Online)
This session is left intentionally open to meet the group where they are. By this point in the container, the real conversations have started. The things that needed to surface have begun to surface. This is where we break through whatever that is - together.
Week 6 - Saturday 5th September: Close and Step Forward (In-Person, Bradford)
The facilitated walk, reflection and closing circle. A chance to witness the journey, acknowledge what has shifted, and step out of the container from a rooted, connected and genuinely different place than when you arrived.
“Your facilitation was so beautiful, and I deeply appreciate the organic way you work. You created such a safe and nurturing space for us to explore, and it felt like you really tuned in to each person individually, meeting them exactly where they were.”
Jen Nevin, Displace Yourself Theatre
You can’t afford not to have these:
You will know what is actually in the way — not the story you have been telling yourself about it, but what is genuinely
underneath it
You will have real tools for nervous system regulation that work in your actual life, not just in a workshop
You will have moved through at least one significant piece of resistance that has been holding you in the same place
You will be clearer on your direction, your values and what your next genuine step looks like — not the one that looks sensible from the outside, the one that is actually yours
You will have a different relationship with your boundaries — and the communication tools to hold them
You will understand the energetic and emotional patterns that have been running your creative career — and you will have begun to change them
You will feel a renewed connection to your creativity as something that belongs to you, not something you have to perform or justify
You will have a group of people who understand the specific terrain of a creative career and who witnessed your transformation
The question is not whether you can afford to do this. It is whether you can afford to keep things going the way they are.

About Sinead
Sinead Campbell is a musician, creative producer, healer and wellbeing facilitator with over a decade of experience across the UK music and arts sector.
She has held senior cultural leadership roles in Bradford, influenced cultural policy, produced large-scale creative events and programmes, and in 2025 created Love. Unite. Freedom. - a sold-out Gig Theatre work for Bradford UK City of Culture, grown from community connection workshops and verbatim interviews, celebrating Black British music and the Windrush Generation. She is also the founder of Rise Up Music, a platform uplifting artists and stories from African Caribbean communities.
But what makes her the right person to hold this container is not the CV. It is what she has been through.
She came back to this work after years of overextension in a role that used her skills without honouring her deepest gifts. She had done the real personal development work - not the comfortable kind. She had stood in rooms with her legs shaking and faced what needed to be faced. She had cleared her own abundance blocks, done the communication transformation by expressing her needs, holding boundaries and speaking up in rooms where it was needed, got complete with the things that were incomplete, and rebuilt from a genuinely different place. She knows what it costs. And she knows what is possible on the other side. Freedom, health and fulfilment.
She is a trauma-informed practitioner. Her training spans Reiki, sound therapy, transformative coaching and ancestral-based work. As a woman of Jamaican and Irish heritage who grew up working class, her connection to this work is direct and embodied. She is not a fluffy healer. She has done the real-world work alongside the spiritual work - and she has no interest in helping people stay comfortable when staying comfortable is exactly what is keeping them small.
She will see your greatness. She will hold you to it. And she will not let you hide from it.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I have to come to the in-person days?
The in-person gathering on 25th July and the closing meet up on 5th September are an important part of what makes this container different. We strongly encourage attendance at both. If you have specific accessibility needs, please reach out to discuss before booking.
What if I miss one of the weekly online sessions?
Sessions are recorded. Watching the recording back within the same week counts as participation. All five online sessions must be engaged with within the six-week container period. However, joining live is highly recommended.
How do I know which pricing tier to choose?
Standard if you have the means without financial hardship. Supported if the standard rate would genuinely stretch you. Scholarship if access is a real barrier. There is no judgement - only an invitation to be honest with yourself. Paying participants can choose their tier and secure their place directly. Scholarship places are by application only.
Do I need to apply to join?
Only if you are applying for a scholarship place. If you are choosing the standard or supported investment, you can secure your place directly via the payment link - no application required.
I have been to lots of workshops and nothing has stuck. How is this different?
Because this is not a workshop. It is a container. Six weeks, live group process, 1-1 support, community, and a facilitator who will actively support you to move through resistance rather than around it. If things have not stuck before, it is likely because the depth was not there. This is built differently. We look at the mind, body and soul- this is a holistic container.
Is this therapy?
No. This is a developmental and transformational facilitation container. Sinead is a trauma-informed practitioner, which means the space is held safely and with awareness of how people process. But this is not a substitute for professional therapeutic support. If you are currently in crisis, please seek clinical support first.
Is food provided?
No. Please eat before the 25th July gathering and bring snacks and a water bottle. Water will be available. For the 5th September closing meetup we will be together over coffee - costs at your own expense.
Can I join if I am not based in Bradford?
Yes. The online sessions are accessible from anywhere. You will need to travel to Bradford / Shipley for the two in-person days.
I am not working as an artist but I work in a creative organisation. Is this for me?
Yes. If you are a marketing manager, communications professional, programme coordinator, or work in any capacity within a creative organisation and feel the specific pressures of that environment, this container was built for people like you too.
What about the Creative Wellbeing Type quiz and meditation?
All cohort participants receive this as part of the container. You will be given access in the first week. The quiz takes around ten minutes, your personalised report is delivered immediately, and your bespoke meditation is yours to keep and return to whenever you need it. This resource will later become a standalone product available to the public for a fee - as a cohort participant you receive it first, free.
What happens after the container ends?
You move forward having transformed your blocks, with your tools you can continue to use should any arise in the future, your Creative Wellbeing Type resource, your 6-month discount for 1-1 sessions with Sinead, and a group of people who understand your world. Plus, Future new offerings are shared with alumni first.
